Least privilege: repository access, the deploy platform, and read-only production logs where relevant. Credentials are handled under written confidentiality terms, and access is yours to revoke the moment the work is done.
What if it can't be fixed in 48 hours?
Most single issues can. When one can't - usually because diagnosis reveals a deeper design problem - you get the complete diagnosis, a written plan, and a fixed quote for the full repair, with the Rescue Fix fee you've paid credited.
