[ CLINICS & ALLIED HEALTH ]
Websites for clinics and allied health
A five-page site your practice manager can edit without a developer, built in 7 days for $1,800 fixed. Or the admin automations that give reception their hours back.
Before anyone books, they've already met your front desk online. Qualifications, who they'll see, what a first appointment involves, where to park - the site should have these written down once, so reception stops repeating them.
The difference between a clinic site that helps and one that ages badly is who can edit it. A Launch Site ships with a CMS, so fees, hours and staff bios stay current without anyone emailing a developer and waiting.
The other half of clinic admin is repetition: recalls, reminders, end-of-month reports. Those are automations - specced in writing first, run on your own accounts, documented so the practice is never dependent on me.

Built for a trust business
Everything about the engagement leaves a paper trail: a fixed written quote before any commitment, code that transfers to your accounts at handover with my access revoked, and a 14-day warranty in writing. The site itself is built so it never needs to touch patient data - bookings hand off to the system you already use.

Questions
How much does a clinic website cost?
$1,800 USD (about A$2,750 inc. GST) for up to five pages with a CMS, shipped in 7 days. Australian agency quotes for equivalent scope commonly run A$5,000–A$20,000+.
Can reception update the site themselves?
Yes, that's what the CMS is for. The handover includes a walkthrough video, and the things that change often (fees, hours, staff) are the easiest things to edit.
Do you handle patient data?
No, and the build is shaped so it doesn't have to. Booking buttons link out to your existing system, forms send to your inbox, and any automation runs inside your own accounts with least-privilege access.
Can you connect our booking system?
Booking links and embeds from the major systems drop in cleanly. A deeper integration - syncing data both ways - is scoped as an API Integration Sprint after a look at the docs.
