How is this so fast?
Senior full-stack engineering plus an AI-accelerated delivery pipeline: starter templates I run my own products on, automated testing and performance checks, and my review on everything that ships. The price stays fixed however many hours it takes.
What stack do you use?
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Vercel by default - the same stack running my own products in production. APIs and automations are Node/TypeScript unless your infrastructure says otherwise.
How much does a Next.js website cost?
A single conversion-focused page is $650 fixed, shipped in 3 days; up to five pages with a CMS is $1,800 fixed, shipped in 7 days. Industry pricing surveys put agency builds at $5,000–$15,000+ USD (into the tens of thousands for complex work) over several weeks. The difference is one senior engineer and no agency overhead to carry.
Should I hire a freelancer or an agency to build my website?
An agency gives you a team and a process at $5,000–$15,000+ USD and weeks of timeline; a marketplace freelancer is cheaper but rarely fixed in price or ship date. I'm the third option: one senior freelance Next.js developer, with published fixed prices and a ship date in writing.
How long does a website take to build?
Two to ten days here, depending on the package: a landing page ships in 3 days, a five-page site with a CMS in 7, automations in 5–10. The clock starts when the deposit and your materials land, and the ship date is fixed in writing in your quote.
What's the difference between fixed-price and hourly web development?
Hourly billing leaves the overrun risk with you: the hours are billed however long the work takes. Fixed price means scope, cost and ship date are locked in writing up front, so overruns are mine to absorb. Every Daysprint package is fixed-price: 50% upfront, balance on delivery, quote within one business day.
Do we need to get on a call?
No - the brief below is designed so most projects can be quoted in writing within one business day, which also solves timezones (Melbourne-based, clients worldwide). If you'd rather talk it through first, just say so in the form and you'll get a 20-minute call link instead. Either way the outcome is the same: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed ship date.
Who owns the code?
You do - the source code and IP in the work built for your project transfer with final payment, on every package; only generic pre-existing tooling stays licensed to you, free and forever. Nothing stays behind my accounts: sites deploy to your own Vercel account and repos land in your own GitHub.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Bugs in delivered work are fixed free for 14 days after handover - report it and it gets fixed. Beyond that window there's the Rescue Fix package, and repeat clients get priority scheduling.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
The packages cover most quick projects, but anything close to them can be scoped from the same brief - you'll still get a fixed price and a ship date, never an open-ended hourly engagement.
